1. We were very surpised when told that maid service would not be available during our stay, and that if we needed clean linens and towels, to bring the used ones to the office to exchange for clean ones.

2. We didn't realize that this was an extended stay type hotel (not made clear w/Expedia info) so there was not daily maid service and we had to exchange our towels ourselves in order to have clean one.
