3. After adding up all of the paid amenities that have become complimentary at many other hotels--high speed internet ($8/day) and breakfast (about $30/day for family of 4) for example--the value goes down considerably.

4. With 3 kids, the rooms were big enough to accomodate all 5 of us, the 2 TVs allowed for watching different shows, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant on site was fast and convenient.
