3. Beautiful lobby, very accomodating staff, good restaurant on the premises, guest room was large with unexpected amenities like footstool and extremely comfortable desk chair, free parking on the premises, easy access to upscale shopping center across the street and fine restaurants.

4. The smell was acceptable, especially with an open window and the drapes and bedding were fresh, but there were burn marks on the bathtub, sink, and guest services book.
