1. Now you have to ask to have your roomed cleaned? What next, bring your own sheets, towels and blankets? If I can't at least get the bathroom cleaned what am I paying for? I had only used one of the two beds as well, so it really wasn't much to clean anyway.

2. I called the frt desk and told them my room hadn't been cleaned and I was told that we have to request to have the rooms cleaned as that was their new "green" policy.
