1. Hotel and room was excellent however housekeeping came knocking twice the morning we were leaving despite having do not disturb sign up and walked in even though we called out and told them we were still getting ready (which was 2 hours before check-out time) Staff should be instructed to wait til guests have left, there were plenty of other rooms they could have cleaned, I don't like being chased out of the hotel first thing in the morning Everything else was excellent.
