1. Arrived- front desk clerk was slouched down in the chair so we couldn't even see him when we walked up to the counter, no greeting, very unfriendly, offered no assistance in what was to be expected of hotel service.

2. Hard too find being three seperate buildings chair was broken mystery substance on entertainment center very loud no lock on outer door of building Housekeeping staff was very nice over fast internet connection overall not a very nice place to stay.
