1. The hotel was very nice but if you need a ride from the airport I would call the hotel to make sure that the shuttle is coming because you might end up waiting for over an hour like we did.

2. Staff, knowing they're far from anything (a long way even from the airport which is socked with more clumped up traffic than LAX), will ferry guests to the Metra or drug/big box stores and restaurants from 6am to 10pm.

3. I arrived to the airport close to 11:00p when the complimentary shuttle service ends, but the hotel staff and driver was extremely helpful and accomodating and picked me up last minute.
