1. The front desk was apologetic and explained that it takes at least 20 minutes to warm up because of cold pipes.

8. Although the location is not what I would expect from a 3 Star hotel and there is no indoor pool or hot tub (for the cold months), I was very pleased with the hot buffet breakfast and the new "comfort" beds that were recently installed in this hotel.
