1. Room was cleaned and had the terrific beds Hyatt is known for -- however, there was no mini-bar in our room, no exhaust fan in bathroom to reduce steam from shower, bath room was extremely small -- and maids "forgot" to leave hand towels/wash cloths -- not the service I expect from a Hyatt.
