1. I was surprised that the hotel lounge seemed what I could only call seedy; fortunately, there was a steak house next door that offered a better ambiance and selection of beverages.

4. I really had to work hard to come up with a negative comment, which was that the parking lot around the hotel could use some better landscaping and screening from the thoroughfares surrounding the hotel.
