1. The grounds are beautiful, and the lobby and interior are attractive with the ""rock"" formations, waterfall, and landscaping.

2. If I were to stay there again, I would ask for an upstairs room in a quieter portion of the hotel and maybe request an oustide window so we could enjoy looking at the lovely landscaping.
