4. In fact, the hotel staff just put them in the room we were in before, I actually had to warn the couple that the door didn't work and they might want to get their room switched if they wanted to hold on to their stuff.

6. Anytime there was a problem the staff was willing to do anything they could to fix the problem, and I never experienced an ounce of attitude from any of the staff.
