1. Rooms are refreshed only every seven days unless you pay an extra fee and you must bring all your own toiletries (no complimentary shampoo, lotion, etc.) Laundry facilities were reasonably priced and the front desk always had change available.

2. First, we arrived late and found not only the front door locked, but the front desk was behind lock down; it took forever to get someone there to check us in.
