1. Had some problems - kitchen still had prior visitors' food in fridge and garbarge in trash and call to desk didn't result in quick resolution - and breakfast, while excellent in theory, had service problems as far as not putting things out (water pitchers empty and not refilled, etc.) yet overall the Residence Inn has everything and more.
