1. I just got back from Seattle, I had stayed for 2 nights and was very disappointed with the services (poor service from the old woman STAFF she had a very poor behavior and untrained services), and the room condition after getting an upgrade to the suite room from the mistake of a staff from this hotel, it was seemed like we got a good luck to get the bigger room BUT the room quality did not meet to what I expected due to (the flush did not work after fixing) I recommend you not to choose this hotel for the trip.
