3. The directions the front desk will give you when you check in (if they dane to recognize that you're standing there waiting) will be incorrect.

4. When you try to remark about the direction-finding problems and check-in attitude at check out, they will send you to some one who has the title of "front desk manager" but the attitude himself of being a "customer placation director".
