1. the central buffet/gathering area was filled with parties and music well past midnight (even on Sunday night) which kept us all awake (even though we were on the 5th floor).

2. We were at the hotel during a heat wave, however, and the facility (and surrounding area) lost power for several hours, including an afternoon/evening, night and the following morning.
