1. Hotel location was about 15-20 minutes to downtown, and free airport shuttle was a big plus.

7. It seemed to us you have a choice between Opryland area (which for us was out of the way), downtown (it appeared that nice hotels were $200 plus, anything less looked dismal), and the airport area.

8. The information I had said there was a shuttle to the downtown area so I was thrilled I wouldn't have to drive and park but when I asked about it at the desk I was told they don't do that and that priceline and expedia have stuff on their sites that they don't do.
