1. Starbuck coffee is served at bar in the am and there is a great muffin shop 1 1/2 blocks away, they have an area that you can use if you need to print (which I needed to print concert tix) and although there are signs require a fee be paid they host simply gave me the info required to log in with out charge.

2. The other hotels in the area do not charge for parking and I thought it was a bit ridiculous that they charged an arm and a leg for parking.
