1. I had a weeks washing to do and the concierge recommended a wash-and-fold laundry not far from the hotel - $16 there was better than the $120+ it would have cost in the hotel.

2. This is a good block of walking and it costs $20, but considering the location was so awesome we didn't have to drive ANYWHERE, we were ok with that because we probably saved on gas money.
