1. After complaining to the front desk, they UNWILLINGLY provided a roll away bed for free( They wanted to charge $50.

2. They did charge us for a resort fee even though we stayed for 15 hours and its per guest per day but it was around $4 per guest per day so for us it was only $9 which isn't a lot and I think travel agency warns you about it before booking.
