4. Hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to engage and give recommendations about local restaurants, etc. There was an exhibit of local, New Mexican rugs and other woven goods that added class and warmth to the conference room area.

5. the cooling system in the room didn't have knobs on it that works so that made for an interesting sty.
