3. I was arriving from Santa Fe in morning and wanted a early check in which was promptly given to me but before that I called them from airport that I need shuttle service which came almost immediately like within 5 minutes and then I was checked in early.

6. There are no elevators so ask for a lower room if you have luggage to carry, the computers for free internet service are also located on the second level.

8. Despite a low price, we had every amenity we could want -- great TV, nice toiletries, good desk, two mirrors, hair dryer, breakfast, afternoon snack, shuttle to airport, excellent service at the front desk, reliable wake-up call, pool, and so on.
