My husband and I travel extensively and we now ONLY book a Marriott hotel - you can count on 5-star
service
EVERY time - its such a relief to know your hotel room will be ready, spotless and the staff goes above and beyond each and every time from way the room looks and smells to the morning buffett to the "happy hour"
service
- really everything is GREAT.

A couple of hitches -
service
was slow but I expect there aren`t many weekends like balloon festival and can`t fault the overloaded staff of a fully booked hotel - they remained pleasant despite huge demand.
