1. the tv did not work right had static on most of the channels which wasnt that bad but in the morning woke up to take a shower and the water was not that warm and the tub would not drain contacted staff and they came to fix the problem but the person said that the water was fine and never fixed the tv or tub.

2. Our first suite had very poorly draining tub, and we were given a new suite within 5 minutes of calling about the problem.
