5. Of course they said the room was inspected and nothing found, but upon my return to the hotel that first day, I displayed numerous bites to the manager on duty.

9. The Starbucks located right off the lobby is enough to give this hotel a top rating; but, what really makes the hotel unique is the friendliness and service of the General Manager and hotel staff.

10. I contacted the hotel directly to find out what happened, and the manager, Jacob Wright (sp?) started shouting at me accusing me of being bi-polar and having called him the night before to cancel my reservation.
