Later I found out that 2 of my colleagues who are Silvers in the program were upgraded to suites and sent notes from the

saying how thrilled they were to have them staying.

The Starbucks located right off the lobby is enough to give this hotel a top rating; but, what really makes the hotel unique is the friendliness and service of the General

and hotel staff.

I contacted the hotel directly to find out what happened, and the

, Jacob Wright (sp?) started shouting at me accusing me of being bi-polar and having called him the night before to cancel my reservation.
