9. i even called to verify they would go there and was told the prices for round trip!well, of course, once we were in Phoenix, and called the front desk for our ride to Chase Field, we were told that there was only a 'skeleton crew' on duty and they couldn't send their driver to Chase Field cause they needed them for the airport.

10. this alone would make me not recommend this hotel to anybody!false advertising on their website, but then to even call and talk to a human and have them tell me the prices only to get there and have them say, 'no, we need to go to the airport', it's unacceptable.
