4. Guest binder still refers to wireless; I called tech support when it wouldn't connect, only to be told there was an ethernet cable in the room.

5. My only real complaint would be that while the room has free internet access, it's not wireless and the cord is fairly short so you can only sit at one place on the couch and be connected.
