1. The carpets needed a good vacuuming in the room as well as the hallways, but I never walk without shoes in any hotel room anyway.

2. We called to get some coffee to the room since they only provided decaf, and they told us that we could walk to the front desk and get it, as they do not have staff to bring anything to us after 2pm.
