3. Meaning that each room leads to the outside, and that there are no 'hallways' to the loby, SO one would have to go outside and walk to the loby if needed.

4. However, this Motel Complex has 4 buildings which are not far away but I can see it become a slight hassel for some people to walk a short distance.
