1. WE asked for different rooms close to the pool to see if they were in any better shape, they weren't so we asked for a refund.

2. When we got there they gave us 2 rooms way on the other side, we were going to settle for that except when we opened the door and looked in there were big stains on the carpet,holes in the wall stuffed with toilet tissue, my parents room was no better they killed 3 spiders within 2 minutes and their air condioner was smoking.
