1. No restaurant (typical of Hampton) but no decent restaurants in walking distance, and none that I could find within a reasonable drive (no suggestions from the front desk, except which way to drive to find a restaurant).

2. Another mile or so down the road is a Kroger, so you can stock your room fridge and picnic cooler, as well as some chain stores and restaurants like Toys R Us and Red Lobster.

3. Although Bob Evans is the closest restaurant, the highway it's on has a Wendy's, Subway, all the usual suspects within a mile or two.

4. In addition, any basic GPS will show you the restaurants that are nearby - Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster, etc. They may not be 5-star celebrity-chef restaurants, but they are an alternative to fast-food.
