1. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel good overall (3.5 stars if I could give 1/2 stars) with the exception of the three issues.

4. The staff was nice enough but the sheets needed to be replaced, our room shared a wall with the indoor pool so we could hear everyone at the pool, and the breakfast had stale bagels and hot OJ.
