When I got to the hotel, the carpet was stained and torn, the walls were stained, there were red stains on the comforter, the bathroom fan was hanging out of the wall, there was black filth in between the tiles in the bathroom, the vanity sink was broken (as in broken glass), and the "continental breakfast" that was advertised was less than satisfactory as there were dirty dishes piled up on the breakfast bar.
