5. The hotel was very nice and clean, in the morning we arrived a little late for breakfast and the hostess was good enough to bring us back into her kitchen area so that we could get something to eat.

6. Then, when the driver arrived, we waved to him to signal that we were his passengers and he stopped at the very end of the pull-up area even though the curb area in front of us was unoccupied because we were the only ones still waiting on a shuttle.

7. The staff members were very professional yet approachable; when I arrived in the room I could tell the carpet had just been steam cleaned with a refreshing deodorizer.
