1. The service is friendly and excellent; I was surprised when I returned to my room with leftovers from dinner and asked if there was anyplace I could keep it cool, and they brought me a refrigerator at no extra charge.

2. I would give this hotel five stars, but they still charge for internet in the room which I really dislike, and it is also not in the best part of town.
