2. The Iron did not work properly, there was a nice big black unidentified hair to greet me on the bathroom seat and there were no extra pillows in the room.

3. Effort is made to keep the place clean, but still some of the pillows had this yucky pilled-up fabric and in general the hotel could use a refurbishment.
