With a large business clientele bas the services were what they needed to be, a comfortable and proferssional business center, unedning flow of coffee, etc.The site is a little remote from downtown in this very large-in-area city but that actually worked well for us -- plus it is close to the shopping ares of the northern quadrant and the arts facilities of adjacent Carmel.
