3. This hotel did not meet my most basic requirements of having a decent night's sleep (due to soundproofing issues) and of service (I like to have my room cleaned every day, which is not a huge request in my mind).

10. However, I would be greatly concerned about future visits, as the garage looks it services not only the Fairfield but also the attached Courtyard, Springhill Suites and JW Marriott.
