When you say a suite with a courtyard view maybe print a picture of exactly what the view is - it certainly was not the courtyard - there was nothing attractive about this hotel - We have been Choice Privilege members for several years and this is the worse ever - we will definitely consider some other program if this is the kind of treatment our upper management receives.
