1. However, housekeeping never bothered to actually do anything, so I was reusing the same towels on the last 2 days of my 5-night stay (yuck).

2. The hotel is intended for long-stays (workers staying in Indianapolis for extended periods) so they do not have daily maid service-towels and sheets are changed only once per week (and when you check out).
