Other than the woman who checked us in upon arrival, I would rate all of the employees excellent - especially the bartender/waitress in the sports bar (Champions, I think) and the

employees were wonderful.

We were able to use the business center for about 15 minutes to look up restaurant info, etc.The only negative for me: parking fees are high--$28 to self park for 24 hours and $34 to
valet
--but that is a city-wide issue in downtown Indy.

s at some hotels lose interest in you if you decide to park yourself, but these guys were very nice, helpful with directions, and also very welcoming each time we went in or out of the hotel.
