1. I called the front desk to get an additional pillow (as I like many on my bed) and again one of the staff quickly arrived at my door with a smiling face and great attitude.

3. The bed was comfortable, and even though our room faced the interstate we did not find it to be too noisy (we were on the third floor which may have helped).

10. That seems to be the Priceline customer answer at hotels these days, but after a little prodding the front desk agent upgraded us to a suite, which had a King sized bed.
