2. My biggest gripes were the fact that the hotel didn't have my room cleaned yet and i arrived at 5pm and had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean it.

3. When we arrived before the wedding reception (which was at the Indianapolis Zoo) they were prepared for us ~ getting us checked in very quickly so we could get to the reception on time.
