Best things about this hotel:- large, clean rooms in like-new condition- free breakfast with 2 or 3 hot items (different each day), waffles, pastries, etc- microwave, fridge with small inner freezer, coffee maker, iron, safe- comfortable beds and pillows (though might be a bit too soft for some folks)- nice showers, and quality shampoo & conditioner- free wireless AND wired high-speed internet- free bottled water and granola bars- friendly service- nice neighborhood.

3. When my daughter reacted to the chlorine in the pool (she has sensitive skin) I had to take her to take a shower, and we had to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby to get towels for our room.

4. I had to call the front desk to complain quite a few times about the noise before I just requested to have my room moved, at 11:30 at night, after I've had my shower, relaxing in my PJs.

5. The complimentary in-room items were appreciated as well: free bottled water and granola bars (replinished daily), shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup remover cloths, shower cap, and sewing kit.
