Double charged my credit card, manager called my room before 9a.m. regarding check-out which isn't until 11a.m. & continued calling until I left, drink machines didn't work (although it takes your money), beds are uncomfortable, asked to switch rooms due to uncovered electrical outlets, pealing wallpaper, rooms stink, bedding (sheets) are stained, some small appliances don't work (coffee maker, blow dryer, lamp, alarm clock), pool is dirty, food was old, could hear other occupants yelling & screaming at each other throughout the night, difficulty w/employees & management understanding English.
