1. There is no housekeeping,The a/c service is in very poor condition,the sheets were too big for the beds,the shower floors were peeling, along with the paint on the bathroom walls.

2. We actually had to switch rooms twice and even had to buy our own sheets and pillows at Target since theirs were unacceptable (hair and stains), they didn`t have any extras (all sheets and blankets were being cleaned).
