2. My main complaints with the room were the extremely shabby and over used linens and worn out pillows, plus the fact that the bathroom did not receive a thorough cleaning as we found hair on the floor when we checked in.

3. Not only that, but I stayed three nights, and the last night, a Friday, they bumped the rate to $125 without telling me, and they didn't come and turn down the bed and put a chocolate on the pillow, as you'd expect for that much.
