4. There's an outdoor patio area about 8 floors up that gets windy at times, and has mainly views of the nearby highway, but it's still a fun place to relax.

7. The only bad thing was, was that the building directly next door was under construction which started at 7:00 a.m. and that was our view and wake up call.
