5. If you want a nice place to stay, you can get a better rate in Lahaina or Ka-anapali Beach at the Westin, etc with better view and many pools and restaurants.

10. there are 2 huge berms (hills, kinda steep in fact) which hide the view of the beach completely until you walk up to the top of the second hill.
